HARD WIRED SYSTEMS

99% of alarm panels are hard wired, that is, a cable is run from the detection devices to the control panel or ‘brains’ of the alarm system.

This cable is monitored by the control panel for tampering. Any attempt to tamper or bypass the detection device while the system is armed results in an alarm.


 

WIRELESS SYSTEMS

Where roof access is difficult or non existent a wireless alarm system may be the answer. These systems are perfect for:

• Garages separated from the house
